JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performance Friction is a high performance disc brake manufacturer in Clover, SC with an immediate opening for an Inside Sales/Account Manager.  We are a leading researcher and innovator in friction brake technology, competing in the original equipment, aftermarket and racing market segments.  

This is an office/phone based Sales and Account Management position.  This person will be assigned to a territory and paired with an Outside Territory Manager.  Success will be based on over-all territory performance, and personal performance.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Out-bound calls to current customers; 35+ a day
  • Develop and grow existing accounts through business partnership
  • Support the Outside Territory Manager, working together to grow the assigned region
  • Enter appropriate information into SAP and CRM systems
 Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ideal candidate will have BS degree and/ or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience in automotive aftermarket parts sales is a plus; our primary objective is to find the most aggressive salesperson available.  
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION:
BS degree and/or equivalent industry experience.
