TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Install any Carbon Metallic® brake pads. Limited Warranty covers any dissatisfaction (Noise, Pulsation, Vibration, Dust, Rotor Finish, Mushy Pedal, and Stopping Power) for the first 36,000 miles or three years from purchase. You will know that Carbon Metallic® pads are the absolute best pads.
         
         1. This limited warranty is by vehicle and limited to one per vehicle. This limited warranty is non-transferable with change in ownership of             the vehicle.
         2. This limited warranty does not cover pads installed on commercial vehicles such as police cars, ambulances, taxis, racing or track                       applications etc.
         3. Limited Warranty must be registered on web site to be valid.
         4. This limited warranty expires after 3 years from date of purchase or 36,000 miles usage, whichever occurs first.
         5. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
