Independent Testing Facilities

LINK Testing Laboratories
Founded in 1935, Link Testing has the largest independent testing laboratory of its kind in the world. Together, Link Testing Laboratories and Link-West provide a wide array of testing services, including friction material and brake testing for Performance Friction Corporation.

Underwriters Laboratories
Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) is an independent, not-for-profit product safety testing and certification organization. Since 1894, UL has been noted as a market leader in U.S. product safety and certification. Our facility has been Registered by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9000 Series Standards for quality.

BOSCH Proving Grounds
The Bosch Automotive Proving Grounds (BAPG) operates as an independent vehicle testing and development service supplier to Performance Friction. Testing includes brake system government certification FMVSS 105 & 135, complete brake system development, individual component and noise evaluation.
